KRUUSE PD-X Suture is a synthetic, absorbable, sterile monofilament made of polydioxanone, dyed violet. It is fully absorbed in 180–220 days, retaining about 75% tensile strength at 14 days, 65% at 28 days, and 50% at 42 days after implantation.
